Agend CRM

Agend CRM gives professional membership and industry associations a single record for every member — bringing together contacts, renewals, billing, communications, and engagement history in one place.

Agend CRM is under active development. Some capabilities below are in beta or on our roadmap rather than fully shipped — this page will be kept up to date as features move from planned to available.

What it does

  • Contacts & relationships: a single member record, including relationships between members (e.g. organisational memberships).
  • Deals & pipeline: track prospective and returning members through a sales/renewal pipeline.
  • Renewals: an automated renewals pipeline that flags lapsing members and can trigger workflows (e.g. reminder emails, staff escalation) before a membership lapses.
  • Segments & communications: build member segments from live CRM data to drive targeted communications.
  • Custom fields: capture the specific data your association needs beyond the standard member record.
  • Billing (see below): dues, invoicing, and payment processing tied directly to the member record.
  • Data import: import existing member data from WordPress-based systems and other sources, with support for mapping unrecognised fields during import.

Billing

Agend CRM includes a payment-gateway-agnostic billing engine supporting Stripe, eWay, and BECS direct debit, with:

  • Xero reconciliation
  • Automated renewal scheduling and dunning (payment retry/follow-up) for failed payments
  • Support for disputes and refunds
  • Effective-dated pricing changes

How it fits with a CRM you already use

If your organisation already runs Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics as your primary CRM, Agend CRM is designed to complement rather than replace it — acting as the hub for membership-specific data (event attendance, CPD points, engagement, registrations) that general-purpose CRMs don't natively handle, while your existing system stays your record of truth. Two-way sync connectors for these platforms are on our roadmap.
